Cup of oats
cup of milk
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 banana
tablespoon of Honey
Blend then Warm up.
Very tasty and lovely as a winter morning drink.
Lots of Calcium from the milk and as Blueberries are superberries which help boost the immunity system. The oats give a good portion of fibre and it will fill you up for longer as high in energy

Easy morning smoothie

2 bananas

1 pear

1 oranged juiced

1/2 cup of apple juice

Whiz it up for a light, refreshing morning drink.

This Smoothie Has Vitamin B1, B3 ,B6 so it helps the slow release of energy allowing you to stay fueled up till late lunch time. Beta-carotene acts as an Antioxidant. The Folic Acid helps the production of red blood cells and the potassium from the banana helps keep the heart, muscles and nerves heathy.

Skin boost Smoothie 

5 apricots

2 pears

1/4 inch of grated ginger root

cup of apple juice.

 

Blends beautifully with the hot ginger mixing with the rich ,sweet apricots.

The energy levels from this smoothie are very high and the ginger helps with digestion.

The apricots contain beta carotene- vitamin A. Its main function is to repair skin. The mix of apples and pears makes this refreshing and the vitamin C levels helps this smoothie to protect against some cancers, heart disease, allergies, infections, cold stress and even ageing. wow!

1 orange

1 banana

200mls of fresh pinapple juice

1 apple

lemon juice from 1 lemon

Blend together.

 

Oranges are high in fibre which slows down the emptying of food from your stomach and helps you to feel full for longer.

The fibre in apples help to move the blood sugar levels and there minerals encourages strong bones.

lemons clean the body by promoting persiration and acts as a natural diuretic.

Pineapple is a very sweet fruit and is much lower in calories than sugary treats.

Bananas are packed with slow release energy and B vitamins which is great for boosting energy levels before or after the gym.

Muscle Building Smoothie.

 

     

2 oranges juiced,

1 pineapple pealed,  

100ml coconut milk, . 

 1 bannana,

 75ml of milk,  

1 tablespoon of oats 

 

Blend all together but sprinkle oats on top.

 

     The antioxidants in the oj will soothe muscle soreness and inflammation, the pineapple is rich in bromelain and vc which helps the bodies healing process. Bananas contain vitamin b6 which helps the body to metabolise protein. The milk helps muscles to grow. The coconut milk is a GOOD sourse of fat which is great for energy and the oats are good for muscle replemishment.
